Terms Of Service:
1. Prices are in AUD2. I can take payments through Paypal, Kofi or Bank Transfer depending. You will need to let me know which you’d prefer.3. I prefer payments to be made up front and in full. Your payment will be set aside in case of emergencies, for example if you need a refund for any reason.4. I can refund for any reason I see fit, just as if you need a refund you can for any reason. No questions asked. You however will not receive any sort of art if your payment is refunded.5. I will not tolerate rudeness in any way6. I work a full time job and am at uni full time. Art is a side hobby for me. Please expect a waiting time of at least 1 month.7. I will send Wips and keep in communication with you. You will receive 1 sketch wip, 1 lineart wip and then colour/marking wips as I work.8. Ghosting me and leaving me either on read or even not responding for up to 2 weeks will result in an instant refund.9. I will allow free changes depending on what the changes are, but if you require anything major needing to be changed, further payment may need to be discussed.These can look like:
- Entirely new sketches after lineart wip is sent
- Entirely new character would like to be drawn after sketch or lineart phase
- Multiple smaller changes (I.e: you’ve asked me 12 times to change 1 marking)Further payment is not required for:
- Small sketch, lineart, colour or marking changes
- If I’ve made a mistake with your ref sheet
- Asking for a new sketch during the sketching phase10. You do not need my permission to create physical items of the artwork I’ve created for you, or if you’d like to post the artwork online. You only need to credit me @stoletheradio on most sites.11. If you wish to sell physical items such as keychains or stickers of my artwork, we can discuss a licensing fee
